Address lists are exchanged and sold under the condition and on the understanding that address listings will be used solely by you, for the promotion of your business or organization and that the lists themselves remain our property with the rights to use them under these conditions passing to you the customer.

Any customer found to be breaking the above agreement will automatically have their account with Email-Exchange cancelled.

Upon submitting your email address list/s for exchange you agree to them being verified the results of this verification will determine the list number value for exchanges.

A breakdown report of the verification process will be supplied to all exchange customers upon receipt of their exchange list from us.

You may only submit new lists for exchange; any previously exchanged or purchased lists will not qualify and will therefore be rejected.

Any email address submitted for exchange that are found to be inactive will be deducted from the amount you will receive in return.

Upon purchase or exchange of address lists through Email-Exchange you may use them as often as your business requires at no extra charge.

Although upon exchange or purchase we pass the right to use the lists we supply, we do not in anyway pass or imply the right to persistently send unwanted mail should at any time the recipient request removal from any list be it general or Group mail then you are obliged to honor their request.

You also agree when constructing your email to offer the recipient an easy way to unsubscribe. See Tips & Tricks all requests for removal must be honored and the wishes of the recipient respected. 

When purchasing address lists through Email-Exchange please note that they will not be forwarded until payment has cleared.
